Inspired by Egon Schiele’s nervous, angular bodies — particularly the fiery-haired women who dominate his work — these paintings weave together figuration and abstraction. The figures are fragile yet defiant, suspended in turbulent environments that mirror their own psychic states. The abstract world is not a backdrop but a psychological map: the storm of emotions, memories, and desires that shape the figure’s presence.

This painting reimagines the myth of Narcissus through the lens of a modern female subject.
