About the Artwork

The Flowers and Poetry series merges painting with writing — fragments of song lyrics and poetry are partially erased, covered, or blurred beneath fields of flowers. These works were created without brushes: the entire surface was painted with the artist’s fingers, giving the paint a raw, tactile immediacy.

The result is a balance between intimacy and gesture: blossoms bloom through color and texture, while traces of words hover like whispers or memories beneath the surface. Expressive, personal, and physical, the series transforms poetry into pure matter — color as language, flowers as emotion.
